Auburn House Inspires True Community
A spacious and inviting 7,000 sq. ft. contemporary lodge, Auburn House is the central gathering place for residents. Here you'll find a skate-change area, a banquet room as well as meeting and multi-functional rooms. As the community grows, the building’s expansion allows for additional rooms and a gymnasium. Auburn House offers ample room for community events, yoga and aerobics classes, or your own private special occasion. Auburn House sits on a 9-acre park and is the access point to the central beach. The park features the natural beauty of a 43-acre lake, waterfall and creek, tennis and volleyball courts, basketball, picnic areas, water park & boat rentals. In the winter, you’ll find hockey rinks and pleasure skating rink complete with fire pit.
Auburn Bay Residents Association
The Auburn Bay Residents Association (ABRA) was created to ensure the various features and facilities of a community are maintained and managed for the long-term use and enjoyment of its member residents. They set a desired course for the use of common facilities, such as Auburn House, and help ensure their financial sustainability over time.
Membership in the Association is automatic and mandatory with the purchase of a home in Brookfield Residential’s Auburn Bay. The payment of dues, which is reviewed and established annually, is secured by an Encumbrance (subject to upward adjustment for inflation) registered on the title to each member’s property. The Association, including the operation of Auburn House, is administered by a Board of Directors made up of Brookfield Residential and resident representatives.
