Childhood Memories Come Alive

From the moment you enter Auburn Bay, you instantly feel at home. This embracing four-season lake community has been designed with families in mind. Featuring a 43-acre freshwater lake with a private beach and park, Auburn Bay is the perfect cottage country setting to bring families together and create lasting memories.

The Spirit of Community

With an abundance of green spaces, ponds, parks and tot lots, Auburn Bay is exceptionally livable. 13 acres have been devoted to a private park, whose centerpiece is Auburn House – a 7,000 square foot contemporary lodge housing everything a community needs to enjoy being a community.

Natural Connections

Deerfoot Trail offers easy access to downtown. Marquis of Lorne Trail also puts Auburn Bay within easy reach of Kananaskis Country and the Rocky Mountains. The shops and services of 130th Ave, Cranston Market and McKenzie Towne's High Street are minutes away. And the new Calgary South Health Campus hospital as well as a major shopping area will be located south of Auburn Bay, in Seton.

In Their Own Words

We could go on about all that Auburn Bay has to offer. But we’d rather you hear it from those who already call this family community home.

“I had to chuckle to myself 2 weeks ago when we had that really hot weather, I was coming home from work and I drove past the lake and saw all these families making their way home from the lake for dinner. There were moms with wagons full of the day's supplies, kids in flip flops carrying pool noodles and life jackets and I felt like I was driving into a beach resort. I thought "what a great community this must be with so many people taking advantage of the lake and having a 'lake mentality' 24 / 7." I am looking forward to witnessing the shift in my mental picture to a more relaxed lifestyle when I drove through the Auburn Bay gates at the end of my work days.”

“Just love living in a location with access to water facilities within walking distance. The fact that the new hospital is being built adds to the draw factor for us older types.”

“The first time we went to Auburn Bay was when we bought our house. We went to look at showhomes to get decorating ideas and we had no intention of buying. It was May though and the lake was looking good and the community just felt like a great place, so that weekend we ended up signing a purchase agreement and we haven't regretted it for a second!”
